A retort stand, also known as a clamp stand or a ring stand, is a piece of laboratory equipment used to hold and support a variety of lab apparatus such as burettes, flasks, beakers, and test tubes.
At the top of the vertical rod, there is a horizontal rod that extends outwards, which can hold various clamps and holders used to secure the laboratory apparatus. These clamps and holders can be adjusted along the horizontal rod to achieve the desired positioning.
